Food is really good. Very simple and just what I wanted. Service was good as well.

Very amazing food, astonishing customer service.

Had the "Chicken and Waffles and drink". It was okay at best and very under whelming. Waffles is plural, you get three small chicken strips and one Texas shaped waffle. The chicken was fresh and hot, but I like my chicken crispier. Prices are just to high! $7.99 for the meal, my wife got a side of okra and it was $4.79! I get better at Chicken Express for less. Otherwise the restaurant is clean and the staff is nice.

Went here for dinner before seeing a movie last Thursday, the service was quick and prompt, however, the food could have been prepared better. I had the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and it was poorly put together but did not have time to say anything about it. The pickles were all in one spot on top of each other and it had a pinch of the fried onions, like barely any at all. The potato salad side I had was really good as was the lemonade as always, but it feels like the sandwich was rushed together. I might return here if I remember to, so hopefully I can try this again.

Everything about this place is excellent! Great atmosphere, great food, and super attentive staff.

Love the Grilled chicken salad- its amazing, but the last time I had it it was full of gristle! spit out so many pieces. Hopefully they haven' changed chicken suppliers!!!

A nice place. Ordered online and drove 35 miles each way. Wanted to try a few items. Slim Chickens sandwich was very tasty. Wings with Hot Sauce were fine/tasty and medium sized wings...(not hot at all though 4 of 1-10) . I have eaten many different hot wings before. This wasn't as spicy as Popeye's...really. Got 10 in BUFFALO sauce..(they say medium heat...I say..? ? Frank's Hot Sauce / Wing Sauce is a good heat on wings...this Buffalo is about a 2 to 3 on 1 to 10 scale. Will update more when I can.

Always friendly staff. Good food. Sweet tea is hit or miss. Fries are good when they season them but average when they don't. The chicken is amazing. The slim sauce is delicious. I would recommend!

This is by far the BEST Slim Chickens I've been too! Great employees who acknowledge you when you come...with eye contact. Service is fast & food fantastic!

Clean facility, good service but slim describes the food for sure. $10.00 got me a 4 piece tender meal with one side and a large drink. Tenders were very small but tasty. Potato salad side was good. Just seemed a little pricey to me.

More variety than just fries.. I've had everything from Slims and I never have been disappointed.. Really friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to just chill and eat.

I really like the chicken and love the sauces!!! Kids eat free on Sundays with an adult purchase, so it's in our rotation for Sunday meals!

We are big fans of Slim Chickens, especially on Sundays when kids eat free (with purchase of an adult entree). The food is great, the atmosphere is fun, and we love sitting on the porch on good weather days. We are thankful that they work with the dietary restrictions for one of our kids... it isn't always easy.

I was having a bad day. The wait was long but it was ok. The staff was super friendly and even gave me a cheesecake jar for the wait( which helped make my day better). My waffles were hot and fresh. They have an awesome team working there.

Best chicken, and amazing salads. They have such an awesome selection of sauces, too! Do you wanna spice up your salad? You can use any wing sauce as a salad dressing. Highly reccomend. Not only that, but I get amazing service every single time I'm here. Employees that are helpful, and genuinely friendly, how often do you see that? I come here at least once weekly. Never been disappointed.

The staff here is awesome. Only write this after 6 months of coming here semi-regularly. Food is really good. Cayenne Ranch chicken sandwich is a favorite of friends and family. If you think service doesnt matter in fast food, think about the last time you were at Chic-fil-a, how impressed you always are. Good staff of kids and good management most likely. Give em a shot

NO MASKS or GLOVES on employees!!!!!! This is a PANDEMIC!!! The girl at the drive thru told me it was because they would have to change the all the time!!! Shame on you! You show no respect for the community!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time here ordered a bacon chicken sandwich only got bread veggies and mayo went back in to get a new sandwich the chicken was great but then my bacon was hard as a rock 🤔I expected greatness but was disappointed not sure if I'll eat here again

I loooove skim chickens! They make it fresh to order and not only are the wings great but the fries are too! At eat at slim chickens at least one time a week! The service is fantastic!

Is a completely chaos’s there one of worse management I ever seen starting with the General manager.. At Broadway store how is possible that a general manager slows and employee to to work under the influence of drugs only because is his friend.. instead of taking action what hi does just tell him u can go to the office to take a rest and get back to work when u feel better.. Really..? Is that the best u can do.. and the other problems is that hi put in first place his friends at work and let them be use phone at any time even when they cooking.. and when and employee tell him that he see manager assistant texting when is working and talking on phone what he do about that nothing.. instead tell something about he take attention against the employee because he complained about his friend actions.. if you tell me if that is The way a Real General Manager have to act..

Love this place the food is always great, great environment. Nice seating arrangements, an very open space to so they won’t knock you on the side walking by. An especially kids eat free on Sunday, that’s a plus because they care about the the future of kids. But my main concern is the past 3 times I try an sub the flavors an they mess up. An have to remake it, so that’s is a two star drop. More time waiting for food an money loss on their end.

I like the homemade chips, wings and desserts. They have really nice customer service, plus they offer fresh lemonade without the up charge... and unlike other chicken places they offer white peppered gravy.

Literally the best chicken and sauces around Tyler. But the one on 110 needs to step up to the one on Broadway
